CAN I MAKE RETURNS OF THE GARMENTS I BUY?

Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt, on the condition that the shoes remain unworn and unused. Shipping costs will be covered by us only when the return is due to a defect in the shoes.
Once we have received your return, it will be processed within 1-2 working days. You will receive a confirmation email once your return is completed and your account has been credited or your exchange has been shipped. Please note that refunds can only be made to the card originally used to pay for the order, and may take up to 30 days to appear in your account. Unfortunately this is beyond our control.

IMPORTANT: if the purchase is made on a product from the SALE collection, no changes or returns can be made.

HOW DOES THE CHANGE PROCESS WORK?

You can make changes by size or color during the first 5 business days after the delivery of the product, in this case you must bear the cost of shipping from your home to our Showroom/ warehouse and from our address to your home. Therefore, we recommend that you contact us via whatsapp  +1 (786) 334-3276 for advice on sizes or any questions you may have.

HOW DO I CANCEL OR AMEND MY ORDER?


If you wish to cancel or amend your order please call +1 (786) 334-3276 or e-mail geranio159115@yahoo.es , quoting your order number, as soon as possible. We will do our best to accomodate any changes requested however, once an order has been processed we cannot guarantee that it can be cancelled or amended.

MY ITEM IS FAULTY HOW DO I GET THIS REPAIRED?
If you encounter any issues with your shoes please email geranio159115@yahoo.es with your order number and a photo of the fault.

I PAID DUTIES AND TAXES ON MY ORDER, ARE THESE REFUNDABLE?

Unfortunately we cannot refund any duties and taxes paid on your order.
